 Identifies musical characteristics of selected Philippine festivals and theatrical forms through video or live
performances. (MU7FT-IVa-g-1)

KBI: No one is incapable of creating music, it is just resting within


yourself.
GAD: Both men and women will identifies the musical characteristics of selected Philippine festivals and theatrical
forms through video or live performances.

- Review the previous lesson (Music of Mindanao)
B. Motivation:
- The teacher will play (pluck) a festival song using a ukulele and ask them for their insights about the
festival dance.
C. Activity
What am I? – Guess the Gibberish
- The class will be divided into four (4) groups, each group will have a tag board and a chalk that serve as
their answer sheet. The first group who can raise the tag board will gain the point.
