With reference to the subject cited, the Original letter of Bank Guarantee issued by
your bank on behalf of M/s.KVR constructions is returned and request to renewal of bank
guarantee it is issued for 12 months which was valid upto 21.06.2024 for Rs. 2,47,500.00(2.5%-
EMD) .since apenex have paid 1% EMD during online tendering process, requested to reissue the
Bank guarantee for Rs.1,48,500.00(1.5% EMD) further more 1 years 3 months till 22.09.2025 and
acknowledge the receipt of same.
