CODE OF CONDUCT

OBJECTIVE:
To ensure that all the employees in the organization are well abreast of the desired conduct in
the organization.

POLICY DESCRIPTION:
The organization expects its employees to pursue the highest levels of professionalism and
adhere to highest level of ethical standards and to this end has formulated this code.

TRANSPARANCY & AUDITABILITY:

All company employees shall ensure that their actions in the code of business are totally
transparent except where the needs of business security dictate otherwise. All the employees
shall voluntarily ensure that their areas of operation are open to audit and the conduct of their
activities are fully auditable.

RELATIONSHIP WITH FELLOW EMPLOYEES:

In relating to each other, employees will uphold the values which form the core of the
organization; Creativity, Adaptability, Result Orientation, Ethical Conduct and Decisiveness
(CARED).

COST-CONCIOUSNESS:

No employee shall use company facilities for personal purpose. Employees shall exercise due
care and diligence to ensure that costs incurred under any circumstance are reasonable and
further avoid wastage in any manner and form.

LEGAL COMPLIANCE:

The Company under no circumstance would accept any practice which is unlawful as per the
enactments and dictates of the land and that which may damage the reputation of the
Company. All functions must satisfy themselves that they comply with the prevalent legal and
regulatory framework of the land and further make necessary amendments. In the event that
the implication of law is not clear, eminent legal counsel’s opinion should be obtained to
support the chosen course of action.
HEALTH & SAFETY:

The organization attaches immense importance to a healthy environment and to the health and
safety of the employees. The Company has taken utmost care and exercised due diligence in
ensuring safe and sound working conditions for the employees in the form of superior
housekeeping. Thus the Company expects its employees to reciprocate in this regard and
maintain highest standards pertaining to hygiene parameters thus ensuring health and safety
for themselves for themselves as well as their colleagues.
