Objectives:
1. Facilitate Open Conversation: Foster an
environment where people feel comfortable sharing
their thoughts, experiences, and questions related
to mental health. We also want to encourage open
dialogue to break down barriers and reduce the
stigma associated with mental health issues.
2. Raise Awareness: Increase awareness about the
importance of mental health and.challenge the
misconceptions and stereotypes surrounding
mental health issues to promote a more informed
and empathetic community.
3. Create a Supportive Community: Build a sense of
community and support by connecting people
who're facing these issues as well as encouraging
the exchange of stories and coping strategies,
fostering a supportive network within the local
community.
