Inbound Sales Executive (Closer)

Medical Device Client - Remote

Jayce Grayye Consulting is seeking a Sales Closer for one of our clients! They
develop and introduce revolutionary technology that reshapes traditional
healthcare. Their main product utilizes focused acoustic waves to alleviate
pain and activate natural healing. Implementing this type of technology offers
doctors unprecedented treatment versatility within their clinic. This type of
technology has been used by medical institutions all around the world and is
now available in the United States. The company is based in Boston, is a team
of 25+ people & has big plans to scale.

Your role would involve taking inbound leads, consulting with doctors &
closing them on $50,000 - $60,000 solutions. The sales are typically closed
within a few sales calls in under 21 days. Come join a growing company that

Structure & Compensation

- Full-Time Remote Opportunity (North America Applicants only)


- Working hours are from 9 am to 5 pm EST ( 9 am EST daily meeting is
mandatory)
- On target earnings north of $15,000- $20,000 a month (based on
metrics from the current sales team)
- Roughly 12 -18 appoitments booked per week (no cold calling) leads
that a setter books on your calendar. 70% show up rate from doctors
- 3.5-5% commission on 50-60k solutions - comp plan outlined below
- OTE 1st Year $100,000-$250,000/yr+
- OTE 2nd Year $250,000/yr+
- Independent Contractor Based Position but seeking a long term team
member

What This Job Entails

- Taking warm Inbound Leads with a focus on trying to close in a few


short sales calls (avg sales cycle 21 days)
- Following up with all leads that do not close, nurturing them to
eventually get a sale
- Calling Prospects who missed their appointment to rebook them
- Continual growth and learning as a Sale Professional
- Being a part of a growing Team and amazing culture
- Ongoing product & sales training

Requirements

- Transferable Sales Experience, B2C, B2B & High Ticket Closing


- 2 + years of sales experience preferred
- Driven, hungry competitive, and confident with coaching others and
setting expectations
- Strong time-management and organizational skills under
ever-changing schedules
- Coachable -- you are excited to participate in ongoing training and
constantly push yourself to get better and better
- Empathetic-- can understand the client and relate with prospects
- Team player -- you are able to collaborate with a small team, ask for help
when needed, and complete tasks as required
- Proactive -- you strive to get ahead of a problem or start a conversation,
instead of waiting for the right time or opportunity to come to you.
- Self-starter -- you are comfortable working 100% remotely, managing
your schedule and meeting deadlines without direct supervision
- Motivated – you have the mindset and drive to continue to prospect
despite any “No” that you might get.
- Dependable – you know that everyone on the team needs extra support
sometimes and you are right there to motivate and support your
coworkers.

- 4 device sales/mo -> 3.5%


- 6 device sales/mo -> 4%
- 8 device sales/mo -> 4.5%
- 10 device sales/mo -> 5%

- Seeking a candidate that can sell 8 units a month consistently. The
