ABOUT OUR JOURNEY
CORPORATE HISTORY

Founded in 1995 in Malaysia was where Array Metal began its journey from being a local
manufacturer of metal products to becoming one of the global players serving the internaƟonal
market in cable support system supplying to shipyards, oil & gas, power plants, infrastructures
and the construcƟon sector.
Much was done to bring Array Metal to where it is today with year 2013 being a significant year
of moving to a bigger plant to cater for beƩer producƟvity and faciliƟes. Our conƟnuous
improvement in terms of quality in accordance to ISO 9001:2008 standards since 2003 have also
ensured that quality is extensively maintained and monitored and currently obtaining another
two internaƟonal cerƟficaƟons which are ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
By constantly improving and progressing over the years to keep up with the conƟnuous
advancement in technology and “know-how”, much has evolved in terms of managing and
manufacturing standards to meet customer’s needs and expectaƟons which in turn drive Array
Metal to greater heights.

At Array Metal, we place high importance on the quality we deliver to our
customers. We believed that quality products and services lies great
customer saƟsfacƟon which in turn build confidence and credibility
towards our company.
This is done through aƩenƟveness towards customer’s feedback on our
products and services and by systemaƟcally conforming to ISO 9001:2008
which is by maintaining a desired level of quality by means of aƩenƟon at
every stage from order processing to the delivery of the final product.
We also believed that by having a safe working environment for the
employees in the first place will have a great impact on the type of quality
that is produced. Hence, we have started implemenƟng and adopƟng the
5S working culture and at the same Ɵme working our way towards ISO
14001 and OHSAS 18001.
Our FaciliƟes
Array Metal has since restructured and redesigned its producƟon layout and processes in order to
opƟmise producƟon work flow and product outcome. Raw materials are also maintained at a certain
volume to keep up with upƟght delivery schedules while various machines from fully automated
machines and robot welding to roll formers are constantly up kept to produce to its maximum capacity
to meet customer’s expectaƟons and delivery anyƟme.

As a manufacturing pioneer in the cable support system industry, Array
Metal offers a complete system from mul -purpose supports to cable
ladders, cable trays, wire trays and a wide range of design and products
to cater for various industries need.
We are also able to perform load test in accordance to various
interna onal cer fica on bodies upon request.
