THE IMPACT OF FOOD VLOGGER TO THE PRESENTATION OF
GRADE 11 TVL STUDENTS OF PARAÑAQUE NATIONAL HIGH
SCHOOL S.Y. 2023-2024.

4.1 Introduction
In this chapter we will discuss the data collection method used in
conducting this qualitative research and will also described the techniques the
researcher done to collect data and explain the findings in this chapter. The
findings will be connected to the first chapter but the characteristics of the
participant will not be specified here because it is already been explained in the
last chapter of this research.
4.2 Data Collection
The data collection method used in this research is interview.This is the
most appropriate way to approach the respondents in this research. To show the
impact of the food vloggers to the food presentation of grade 11 tvl students of
Parañaque National High School s.y. 2023-2024.
4.2.1 Interview Schedule
The interview schedule is tentative to the availability of the grade 11 tvl
students.This interview schedule is immediately conducted and done because
the respondent has a very short time depending on the interviewer and their
time.
4.2.2 Venue
The venue of the interview is in the classroom of the respondent or at the
hallway because it is the only peaceful place to conduct a interview. There may
be a nuisance but this is a small problem compare to the other places that is
crowded in school premises.
4.2.3 Audio/Visual Recording Device
On this conducted interviews a smartphone is used to record the said
interview. The smartphone used is Samsung Galaxy A54 5g, this is a
smartphone with a great audio/video capturing technology.The researcher also
choose this smartphone because it’s battery can last long to capture the needed
interviews.
4.2.4 Transcription of the Interview Recordings
On this days, several technology is already intact in single technnologies
like the smartphone used by the researcher. By the help of the smartphone use
the researcher has already encrypted the recording from the interview.
4.2.5 Participant Validation of the Interviews
The interview is validated by the interviewer and respondents to show
transparency to the conducting research. The researcher remove any idea that
could be nuisance to the respondent. To make them feel safe,we made sure to
tell them that our research will going to be confidential and if ever they are
willing to pursue to broaden this research, we could lend them our research to
be beneficial to them.
4.2.6 Validity
To add more we made sure that the research is tranparent and safe. The
researcher made all the question direct and understandable for them to answer.
Other researcher made the interview while others made sure to keep it as
peaceful it can be.
4.3 Data Analysis

4.4 Findings from Qualitative Data

The purpose of this qualitative study is to know the impact od food vloggers on the food
presentation of grade 11 TVL students od Pañaque National High School Baclaran. We found a
research paper about “Filipino Mukbang of a food vlogger which explores the lived experiences
of a Filipino Mukbang vloggers. Awareness of food Trends:
Food vloggers often showcase the latest food Trends such as viral recipes or popular food
challenges Grade 11 TVL students may be more aware of these into their own food
presentations.

4.5 Discussion of Qualitative Findings

A study from Vietnam discusses the influence of food influencers on social media users.
It highlights how food influencers can share there food presentation on their accounts as
advertising campaigns where other users can like, share, and comment.Food vloggers can
influence students’ in food presentation skills in a number of ways. For example, students
may learn new techniques for food presentation by watching food vloggers’ videos. They
may also be inspired to try new recipes or experiment with different ingredients after
watching food vloggers’ videos. Additionally, food vloggers can help students develop an
appreciation for the art of food presentation and encourage them to take pride in their own
food presentation skills.
