Terms & Conditions for Reservation

1. The Nigam Management reserves the right to changes the tariff at any time without prior notice.

2. The Nigam Management shall not be held responsible for any loss/delay/cancellation due to natural calamity and unforeseen circumstances beyond

the control of the Nigam.

3. If a guest, instead of checking in at the reserved place reaches elsewhere and request for adjustment of the amount, it shall not be entertained.

4. In case of excess or less amount received from the guest during advance Online/Pre booking the difference amount will be refunded or charged

additionally.

5. Check in time: 12:00 Noon.

6. Check out time: 11:00 AM.

7. Extra person will be charged above 5 years 20% of the room rent.

8. On availing extra bed, the charges of RS.200/- per bed/ per day will be additional subjected to availability.

9. CP/MAP plan is applicable in a particular rest house, then under that plan only veg. meal will be served.

10. EP plan (Does not include any meal/bed/tea) is applicable in all rest house of KMVN except Sigri Jungle Camp ( MAP plan applicable - Veg. meal

only) from 1 May 2020 Onwards.

Cancellation and refund policy:

1. 15 days or more from Check-in-date - 90% refund of the booking amount.

2. 10 to 14 days from Check-in-Date - 75% refund of booking amount.

3. 05 to 09 days from Check-in-Date - 50% refund of booking amount.

4. Less than 5 days from Check-in-Date - No refund of booking amount.
