Chang Sung Jang is Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Educational
Leadership and Policy Studies at the University of Oklahoma, USA. He
is currently working as a graduate research assistant at the Center for
Educational Development and Research in the Jeannine Rainbolt College
of Education. Prior to beginning his doctoral study, he worked as a
researcher at two government-funded national institutes (Korea Research
Institute for Vocational Education and Training, and National Institute
for Lifelong Education) in South Korea. His research interests focus
on human resource development and management policies, workplace
learning for organizational performance improvement, and competency
development of the workforce within the adult education context. His
email address is csjang1227@ou.edu.
Shinhee Jeong is Assistant Professor in the School of Leadership and
Human Resource Development at Louisiana State University, USA. Her
specific areas of research revolve around leadership, interpersonal/social
relationships, informal learning, and organizational knowledge creation.
Additionally, she has a strong background in quantitative methodology
including measurement validation and multi-level/multi-group analyses.
Jeong received her Ph.D. from Texas A&M University in Human
Resource Development.
Youngchan Jo is HRD professional at LG Leadership Academy, South
Korea. He is in charge of AI and data analytics training programs at
the LG Group. His undergraduate and graduate degrees are in business
administration, human resource development, and data analysis. His latest
research interests are in technology education, people analytics, and text
mining.
Baek-Kyoo (Brian) Joo is Associate Professor of Management in the
College of Business at Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania, USA.
He received his Ph.D. in Human Resource Development and MA
in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of
Minnesota. His current research interests include positive organizational
behavior, organizational learning and development, leadership, coaching,
and international HR/OD. He has published research papers in such
