LIST OF CONTENTS
INTRODUCTION
The group of acharya institute of technology were ready for the Special Camp, which
changed into held in Gangadeshwara Government Aided School Bagalgunte. There are four
individuals withinside the group at the reason for behaviour interest for AICTE point visited
the school with their personal interest. With the help of Dr. Rajath Hegde MM, Principal,
Acharya institute of technology, Bangalore, and Prof. Dhananjay M, our beloved Head,
Department of Civil Engineering.
Volunteers are college students from civil and aeronautical department of engineering,
AIT. Essential accessories for the sports deliberate had been taken and each scholar changed
into given responsibility to attend to a selected accessory. All the volunteers had been
knowledgeable about his/her obligation and the norms to be observed throughout the
Activity. With the help of our beloved Principal and Head of Department , the group spark
off for the day.
We started our first interest through travelling to the Government Higher Primary
School, Thuruvanahalli, Doddaballapur taluk, Bengaluru rural. We had been there for 18
days with 4 participants withinside the organisation, anybody from Acharya institute of
technology and carried out teaching and sports on behalf of AICTE Activity Point. In this
faculty there are 50 students, so we've got planned to do a number of the beneficial activity
with in the faculty for the students.

OBJECTIVES
• To plant saplings.
• To guide the kids on how to keep the surroundings and environment clean.
I can proudly say that the students and faculty of the Aeronautical Department have
achieved all the above-mentioned objectives of the activity by the end of the duration of the
activity. The objectives may sound basic and easy but it was never an easy thing to achieve
but with the efforts of each and every student and the faculty with the coordinators, we could
achieve these objectives.
WORK RESPONSIBILITIES
The day wise activities were spread around three sessions with a tea break and lunch break in
between.
We have taught the basic mathematics and English to the students, We made them
understand the concepts which will be used for their examinations and also a few maths
tricks. We conducted memory games and children participated actively. We have taught
them mind mapping for better remembering things. Also we asked the students to express
their talents such as dancing, singing and so on.

plantations and how the entire cycle is carried out. We made them realise the importance of
plants and how they grow. We also taught them how it benefits the environment and the
surroundings. Trees promote physical and mental health for students. It provides food,
protects the land, and helps us to breathe. It provides a natural playground and it conserve
water.

Nowadays most of the children/students are addicted to mobile phones like digital
games. In order to overcome this, we have explained the necessity of outdoor games. We
have told them regarding physical fitness which makes human beings more stable and
energetic. We have conducted ko-ko and throw ball games for the students. We made
students to play and even we played along with them, which makes them more interesting
and entertaining.
Key components of games are goals, rules, challenge, and interaction. Games generally
involve mental or physical stimulation, and often both. Many games help develop practical
skills, serve as a form of exercise, or otherwise perform an educational, simulation, or
psychological role. Students enjoyed a lot during the sports time.

CONCLUSION
• Our experience at the school was amazing. We spent almost three weeks in the school
and we enjoyed it a lot. We met a lot of people during the activity who supported us
throughout the activity.
• This activity gave us a chance to teach a few things to children at school.
• We are grateful for the school’s management for giving the opportunity to spend time
with them.
