We are thrilled to announce an exciting career opportunity at Innodata!

We are currently
seeking smart, savvy, and efficient Team Managers to join our AI Large Language Models
(LLMs) team. This role offers a unique chance to be at the forefront of generative AI innovation
and to work with some of the world's largest technology companies.

Who We Are:

Innodata (NASDAQ: INOD) is a leading data engineering company. With more than 2,000
customers and operations in 13 cities around the world, we are an AI technology solutions
provider-of-choice for 4 out of 5 of the world’s biggest technology companies, as well as leading
companies across financial services, insurance, technology, law, and medicine.

By combining advanced machine learning and artificial intelligence (ML/AI) technologies, a

global workforce of subject matter experts, and a high-security infrastructure, we’re helping
usher in the promise of AI. Innodata offers a powerful combination of both digital data
solutions and easy-to-use, high-quality platforms.

Our global workforce includes over 5,000 employees in the United States, Canada, United
Kingdom, the Philippines, India, Sri Lanka, Israel, and Germany. We’re poised for a period of
explosive growth over the next few years.

About the Role:

At Innodata, we’re working with the world’s largest technology companies on the next
generation of generative AI and large language models (LLMs).

This is the role that writers and linguists dream about: you’ll be teaching the next generation of
LLMs about what makes language special. We’re training generative AI how to think, not just
how to write.

This isn’t just a job: it’s a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to work on the frontlines of generative
AI. There’s nothing more cutting-edge than this. Joining us means becoming an integral
member of a global team shaping high-quality, user-centric AI knowledge models that will
be the foundation for the next wave of generative AI-powered computation platforms. Keen to
learn more?

Key Responsibilities:

As a Team Manager on our AI Large Language Models (LLMs) team, you’ll handle the
operations and logistics of a diverse team of language specialists and generative AI
associates. As a team manager, you’ll be tasked with supporting the delivery and execution of
deliverables by monitoring the day-to-day functioning of the team.

We’re looking for someone who loves systems, processes, organization, and
implementation. The team manager collaborates closely with the training team and quality
assurance team to ensure compliance with training materials and adherence to client
policies. At the same time, the team manager ensures team members have the resources
needed to perform (and excel in) daily functions.
You will be an integral member of a global team shaping a high-quality, user-centric AI
knowledge model that will be the foundation for an entire next generation of technology user
experiences.

Below are some responsibilities and tasks of the role:

1. Supporting project management initiatives throughout the team.

2. Collaborating with quality and training stakeholders to cascade operational
information across teams.
3. Monitoring team morale: developing team building exercises to increase team
management.
4. Provides individual feedback to team members according to established
performance metrics.
5. Encouraging teammates throughout the project delivery cycle and ensuring everyone’s
concerns are met and questions are answered.
6. Paving the way for the successful deployment of projects within our client
partnership
7. Gathering and presenting key performance indicators at internal and client meetings
8. Understanding the strategic goals of your client and helping prioritize operational
tasks to inform capacity planning for project deployment.
9. Owning project management tasks: agendas, standing meetings, headcounts,
stakeholder alignment, program development, and more.
10. Supporting well-being initiatives as needed, liaising with key stakeholders, such as
Human Resources.
11. Compiling project metrics for project management, consolidating volume and speed
metrics.
12. Implementing Innodata Information Security Management (ISMS) processes and
ensuring compliance among team members.
13. Acting as an accelerant to complex cross-pillar and cross-app projects, developing
decision and prioritization objectives.
14. Delivering documentation involving quantitative analysis, industry research, and
strategy development, working with cross-functional teams to problem-solve and
develop solutions.
15. Identifying actionable insights, suggesting recommendations, and influencing team
strategy through effective communication.
