1. Overview
This WifiKit tool which be mentioned in this document is the version only can be used for JC450
products. Currently it only supports Chinese, English and Portuguese. The English version and
Portuguese version follow the language of the mobile phone system and cannot be set.

2. Preparation
Power on JC450, you can view the hotspot named with the JC450 IMEI through the mobile phone
Setting -WLAN . Enter the last 8 digits of IMEI and then connect it. Open the WifiKit tool, it will
connect to the device automatically.

Note:
After turning on the device for 10 minutes, the hotspot of the device will be automatically turned
off. At this time, it will not be able to be searched on the mobile phone. Please restart the device.
The hotspot opening duration can be set by command below.

A=-1/1~200
-1=Keep WiFi hotspot on as long as ACC ON
1~200=Turn on the WiFi hotspot once the ACC ON, and turn off the WiFi hotspot after this preset time
Unit is minute.

3. STATE Page
3.1 View basic device information
On this page, you can view the basic information of the device, shown as below:

3.2 Set server address


Click on “Server5” times continuously and enter the password “666666”, you will
enter the server address setting page. Then you can set the server address which you
want your device point to.

4. Debugging Page
4.1 AI model
Click on the “AI model” button, then the device will enter the AI debugging mode. In
this mode, the sensitivity of each AI function is adjusted to the highest sensitivity ,
which is used to do the AI function test quickly.

4.2 Switch camera


Click the “Switch camera” button, then it will change to other channel’s live video.

4.3 Get LOG
Click “Get log” button to download the operation log of the device. Click
“ DETERMINE” to start downloading. After it complete, it will mention you with the
notification.

4.4 ADAS calibration


Click the “Switch camera” button and change to Front camera (ADAS Camera) live
video page. Then please click “ADAS calibration” button to perform ADAS calibration
based on the real-time images of the ADAS camera.

 Vehicle parameter settings
Click “PARAMETER SETTING” to enter the vehicle parameter setting interface,
measure the following distances according to the actual installation position of
JC450 , and input the value, click “determine” to set.

 Calibration line setting


Click “CALIBRATION INTERFACE”, and it will show horizontal calibration lines and
vertical calibration lines. You can use the four arrows to move the calibration lines.
Move the calibration lines on the UI to align the horizontal line with the horizon and
the vertical line with the straight ahead of the vehicle. After moving to a suitable
position, click “CALIBRATION INTERFACE” again to complete the setting.

4.5 Firmware upgrade
Send command to device to let it download the firmware from this path and upgrade
the firmware by itself.

4.6 G -Sensor
Query the current value of the G-sensor.

4.7 Set virtual speed


A virtual speed can be sent to the device, which is mainly used for testing AI
functions in office.

4.8 Custom instruction


You can manually enter and send any commands to JC450.

5. Settings Page
5.1 System settings
Set volume
Device prompt volume can be change to other level.

Language setting
Device prompt language can be change to Chinese and Portuguese.

5.2 Network settings
Set WiFi ON time
The hotspot opening duration can be set by command below.

Set APN
You can set the APN of the device to let it be online.

5.3 Vision AI
Click “ADAS”, and you will see more options for ADAS function.

Click each sub-item of ADAS to enter the detailed parameter setting page.

Note:
DMS settings can use same method. Only after the AI algorithm is activated then you
can enter the ADAS/DMS setting page.

5.4 Video parameter settings
Click the channel number and then you can set the resolution, frame rate and bit rate
of the normal video recording.

5.5 Device control


You need to enter a password 666666 before you format SD card and restore factory
settings.

6. File management Page
6.1 VIDEO FILE
Click “VIDEO FILE” button, then you can view the files which stored in the SD card.

6.2 GET LOG


Click “GET LOG” button, then you can get the log of the device. Same as the “GET
LOG”on debugging page.

6.3 FILE DOWNLOADED
Click”FILE DOWNLOADED” to view the files that been downloaded.
