Dear Mr. Santhosh Kumar M,

Greetings from Drona Edu..!

We are pleased to inform you that with reference to your interview dated 29-04-2021 at
ZAVETECH BUSINESS SOLUTIONS PVT LTD, you have been selected for the post of
"Cluster for Sales and Marketing for Bangalore Zone" under the department “DRONA EDU”
on the following terms and conditions.

• You will be on probation for three months from the date of your joining. Your services will be
confirmed in writing after the successful completion of your probation period. The probation
period may be extended if your performance does not meet expectations.

• Your performance will be evaluated during training and probation period. During the
probation period, upon unsatisfactory performance, your appointment can be terminated
without any further notice.

• This is a contract appointment for a period of one year which can be extended or reduced
by mutual agreement you need to sign contract letter. A detailed letter of appointment will
be given to you at the time of joining the duty.

• Your Annually CTC will be Rs.4,00,000/- (Rupees four laksh only) including allowance.
Your compensation will also include insurance (if applicable), Casual, Sick and Privilege
leave and other benefits as per corporate policy (detailed breakdown will be sending through
mail communication).

• Your payouts will be considered purely on your performance based.

• If you quit in between of the month or without prior notice; no salary will be paid.

• If leave is availed without prior notice, your salary will be deducted for two days and it will
be considered as loss of pay. However, if leave is availed for more than three days, it would
lead to a Termination.

• The amount deducted towards payment of PF if any ,will be reimbursed to you only after
you complete 3 months of service with this company.

• TDS and PT applicable. The deduction of TDS can be recovered by filing ITR.
• The company expects dedication and hard work from employee side. You are solely
responsible for your salary which is completely dependent on your performance and the
target you have achieved for the respective month.

• If you cross your target, the extra work will be considered for your incentive

• Plan of action, Reports & Target should daily basis You will be based in Bangalore and
report as Cluster Manager for Sales and Marketing Bangalore Zone on this date:
10-05-2021. Your place of work will be “BANGALORE”. Based on your capabilities and
accomplishments, I believe that your talents will not only benefit ZAVETECH BUSINESS
SOLUTIONS PVT LTD but also that our mutual relationship will assist you in reaching your
personal and professional goals.

We are anticipating that you will accept this offer by Date (7 days from offer) Upon joining
you will be required to sign an “Employment Agreement AND Non-Disclosure Agreement”.
You will also be required to submit the copy of following documents with self-attestation on
the date of your.

You will be reporting to Mr.Susheel Kumar Patil, Vice President, Sales and Marketing, Drona
Edu.

Note: This offer letter is confirmed upon your background verification from your previous
company. You hereby need to submit your previous releaving letter and last 3 month payout
salary bank statement record.

During reporting (need to produce original documents for verification):

a. Copy of PAN Card

b. Copy of Aadhar card

c. Seven recent passport-sized photographs.

d. Copy of certificate of educational qualifications

e. Copy of testimonials

f. Copy of recent Police Verification Report

g. Residential Address proof

h. Last working company reliving letter

i. Last 3 months salary drawn bank statement/pay slip of the company
