JUDGMENT LETTER IN TERMS OF SECTIONS 65A (2) AND 65J (2) (b) (i)
IN THE MAGISTATE’S COURT for the DISTRICT OF DUNDEE: Case No: 158/22
TAKE NOTICE that you are hereby advised that on 03/01/2023 judgment was given against you, details of which
are set out below and which amount is as yet unpaid.
TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that should the terms of the of the judgment not be complied with by you within TEN (10)
days of the date of posting hereof, a Notice to appear before the Court chambers may be issued by the judgment
creditor in terms of section 65A (1) of Act No 32 of 1944, as amended, to enquire into your/the juristic person’s
financial position and to make such order as the court may deem just and equitable.
TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that if the said amount is not paid within 10 days of posting hereof, the judgment creditor may
make application in terms of section 65J (2) of Act No.32 of 1944, as amended, for an emoluments attachment order to be
issued compelling your employer to deduct a portion of your wages/salary and to pay the deducted amount to the
judgment creditor each month.
