CIRCULAR ON LEAVE POLICY

Dear Sir Greetings!
This is to inform all the employees of Medi-chem Pharma regarding the
leave policy that will be implemented w.e.f O1"t April 2023. The rules
& applicability ofthe leave policy are given below please check and
follow them accordingly.

LEAVE RULES & APPLICABILITY FOR PROBATION EMPLOYEES

Tenure: The tenure ofthe probation period is now made to 1year.
Confirmation: The employee should complete l year ald achieve the
minimum sale of 1 lakh in this probation tenure. In case, if he fails to
achieve this minimum target, his probation period will be extended.
CL/SL (Casual/Sick Leave) Quota: 11 days
Conditions of applicability: 1 day in a month. 2"d day onwards, it will
be a LOP.

LEAVE RULES & APPLICABILITY FOR ONROLL EMPLOYEES

CL QUOTA IN A YEAR (APRIL-MARCH) = 11
SL QUOTA IN A YEAR (APRIL-MARCH)= 11

Conditions for CL
1. Minimum continuous davs for CL = 2.

2. CL should be informed at least 2 days before.

3. No more sudden leaves are allowed

Conditions for SL
1. Minimum continuous days for SL = 2.
2. SL if extends to the third day, we need suPporting documents like
Doctor Prescription, OP Card, Lab Reports, or lnpatient card etc.

LOP ILOSS OF PAYI APPLICABILITY

l. In the following incidents/scenarios, the LOP will be applied:-
2. If you miss your DCR
3. If you get absent / skip sales meetings
4. Ifyou take CL without applying in the Portal two days in
advance
5, Ifyou take CL or SL more than your monthly quota in the
same month without aPProval

LOP CALCULATION
Monthly Salary / total days in that month x No of LOP days
Example: 25OOO I 30 x 5 = 4,166/-
