LIFESTYLE REGULAR INSTRUCTIONS TO FOLLOW DURING THE PERIOD OF EMPOLYMENT
Dear SIR,
Welcome aboard. We are delighted that you are joining us. We were impressed with your background
and skills. Here are the details of the Job description and regulations to follow at the time of your
employment for maintaining a healthy and systematic working environment in our organization. We
expect you would meet all the job requirements and follow the directions given below.
1. DAILY CALL REPORTS (DCRs): We have an online (through App) reporting system. You will be
given your employee Login Id and Password. You will be given guidance on giving web reporting
by the office manager. DCR is active for 48 hours only. Once you miss giving your DCR, you will
lose access for that day & that day will be treated as ABSENT.
2. T.A BILL (Traveling Allowances Bill): Your TA bill is generated along with your DCRs. And you
need to submit the TA bill in the web portal from your login between 1-15 th. For example, your
February month TA bill should be submitted between March 01 st-14th otherwise your TA bill will not
be processed the same month.
3. CLAIMS & STOCK AND SALES STATEMENT: Claims and Monthly Stock & Sales statements
from the stockists should reach the office by the 10 th of every month. We advise you to ask your
stockists to send their monthly reports to the company mail id.
5. TOUR PROGRAM: You must submit your Tour Program online (Through App). The access for
Tour program will be active between 20-25th every month. You must submit your TP within this
time only. If you do not give your TPs, you will not get access to the DCRs for that entire month &
you need to submit your DCRs by diary every day to your reporting managers.
6. LEAVES: Your leaves will be deducted from your salary as you will be under probation. You must
inform your leave by app, once your leave is approved by your reporting manager, and then only
you are eligible to take leave. Your leaves are at the discretion of HR manager only. LEAVE
WITHOUT INFORMATION WILL BE TREATED AS ABSENT.
7. PROVIDENT FUND: If you already have a PF account, then it will be transferred to our PF
account otherwise your PF deduction will come into force after the completion of 1 year.
8. SALARY ACCOUNT: Your salary account will be opened in the bank after the completion of your
probation period. If you already have an account, we will transfer the salary to that account.
