certificate on Bank coloured letter head(min 3 lakhs clear bal. per
applicant)
3. Fixed Deposits/ NSC/ KVP/PPF – ALL INVESTMENTS(Withdrawable
balance should be mentioned in the certificate)
4. Surrender value certificate of Life insurance policy on letter head
5. Property Valuation Report
6. I.T. R. - 2 Years
7. If Farmer - Copy of 7/12 AND 8/A
8. If salaried/Pensioner
• Salary slip – Last 6 months/Pension statement
• Employment letter /Pension letter
• NOC from the organization on Letter head
9. If business
• Audited report/ITR - Last 2 years
• Visiting card/ Letter head/Business establishment
certificate, GST registration certificate
• Current account statement- last 6 months
10. CA Report
11. Marriage certificate
12. Proof of relationship with sponsor.
13. Provident Fund Slip – if applicable
14. Visa refusal from any country – If any(travel history if applicable)
15. Digital photograph (without specs ,35 *45 mm , 80%face cover,
Matt finish)
