Term of employment: Permanent, Full time
Duration: 1st of January 2024 to 31st of December 2027
Wages: Stipend (1000 CAD per month)
Location: Blood Vein I.R – Saint Margaret Wanipigow Manitoba R0E 2E0.

Responsibilities and job duties:

To conduct Sunday liturgy in the absence of the priest
To prepare Sunday liturgy, officiate funeral service.
To prepare and officiate at infant baptism.
To conduct pastoral out-reach to Homebound and support at home shelter.
To Facilitate in the Indigenous Spirituality and Culture.
To be in prayer for the needs of the Priest.
To encourage participation of the Church members in the ministry work.
To always be prepared to assist the Priest and his family.
To be diligent in the service to aid the Priest.
Provide moral support for parishioners.
Provide spiritual guidance for the parishioners.
More duties might be included if needed when the priest is on CAF military duty and service
