2. Mr. Rajeev Singh Bisht, learned Additional Chief
Standing Counsel for the State.
3. Mr. Neeraj Garg, learned counsel for the
respondent no.4-UPNL.
4. The petitioner has moved this Court by filing this
writ petition by directing the respondents to reinstate the
petitioner on the post of Junior Assistant/Data Entry
Operator, on which he had worked for more than 11 years
with the respondent-Department.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioner by filing a
supplementary affidavit has relied upon a Government
Order dated 31.05.2024, wherein in view of the order
passed in SPA No.167 of 2021, Ajay Kandwal Vs. State
and others, the respondent was directed to re-engage such
persons against the vacant post in any Department of the
State, who have worked with the respondent-State for so
many years.
6. Learned State counsel is granted two days’ time to
seek instructions as to how the petitioner would be
accommodated against any vacancy in the State or not.
7. List this case on 14.06.2024.
