Dear Sir,
1.0 The CV of Mr. Deepak Rawtela for the position of N-11.25- Fresh Site Installation Engineer -
Lift/Escalator- NK-4 , submitted vide letter referred at S.No 1 above is hereby approved. As per
the approved deployment plan for January - March Quarter 2021 , the expert for the above
position is to be deployed from 1st March 2021. Accordingly, GC should plan the deployment of
the approved expert.
2.0 As regards the , CV of Mr. Ritik Sharma for the position of N-11.26- Fresh Site Installation
Engineer- Lift/Escalator NK4 submitted vide letter referred at S.No 1 , it is noted that only two
expert NK-4 -Lift & Escalator are provided in the approved overall project deployment
schedule. Since the activity of installation, testing and Commissioning work of Lift and
Escalators is yet to start, the proposed deployment of 2nd NK4 expert is not considered
necessary at this juncture . GC is hereby advised that the expert for the N-11.26 Fresh Site
Installation Engineer Lift/Escalator NK4 position, may be proposed later at the time of testing
and Commissioning of Lifts and Escalator. To this effect the rolling deployment plan for Jan to
March 20921 stands modified. The above expert is also not required during the quarter April to
June 2021.
3.0 The CV of Ms.Deepshika Chaudhury for the position of N-5 NK1 -Civil -2 submitted vide letter
referred at S.No 2 has been reviewed. It is seen that Ms. Deepshikha Chaudhary does not have
the required experience in relevant activities as required for any rail-based transit system.
Hence , the CV of Ms.Deepshikha Chaudhary is hereby rejected for the above position. It is
noted that the CV of Ms. Deepshikha Chaudhary was submitted in place of Mr.Anindya Sen ,
who is stated to have resigned. Since as per the overall deployment schedule , N-5 NK1 Civil -
2 is to be deployed continuously for 24 months from July 2020, GC is advised to immediately
submit CV of another person having the relevant experience and arrange for the deployment of
approved expert before Mr. Anindya Sen is de-mobilized.
