General Conditions of Eligibility

Condition 1:
Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of
Karnataka
Condition 2:

Condition 4:
Financial Year will be reckoned as the period between first day of April and Thirty-first day of march of Succeeding year
(both days inclusive)

The Employer reserves the right to reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason
Condition 6:
The tenderers are requested to abide instructions conditions contained in the Bid Documents and further orders thereon
Condition 7:
During the time of technical evaluation, if the employer finds that any certification/ information furnished is false, such
bidders will be disqualified and barred from participation in the bid.

The quoted rate shall be exclusive of Goods &Services Tax (GST) which shall be payable at the prevailing rate

To qualify for award of this contract each tenderer in his name should have any Two financial year turnover of not less than
Rs 20.00 Crores (Mandatory) during the last five years ie from 2018-19 to 2022-23 Year wise weightage will not be
considered
