Brief Summary Globally the prevalence of glaucoma is 3.54 percent for the population
aged 40 to 80 years and is expected to increase from 76 million to 111.8
million individuals between 2020 and 2040. The pharmacological treatment
of glaucoma mainly involves reducing the elevated IOP levels with drugs
such as alpha-agonists, prostaglandins and ?-blockers, although the
envisaged results of the current medical regimen are not satisfying and

angle glaucoma. However, there have been very few studies which

nadishodhan pranayama and jal neti on patients primary open angle
glaucoma.
