1. Previous landlord references including one from your most recent landlord

2. Financial Reference/Evidence of the source of rent – A copy of the bank statements for each Applicant Tenant for the most
recent 3 months (online statements will suffice); work reference where relevant; copies of entitlement to Rent
Supplement/Housing Assistance Payment where relevant.

Pet Policy detail

Whilst DUBLIV have pet friendly developments all pets must be pre-approved as part of the tenant application process. First pet
is charged at a rate of €50 per month/second pet is charged at a rate of €30 per month. There will be a Pet Policy Agreement to
be executed by tenants and landlord. T&Cs Apply.
