Greetings!

___________________________ is an institution that promotes quality education and instil

moral values to its pupils. It makes sure that the pupils get the best education and stay in an
environment that is conducive to learning amidst COVID-19 Pandemic.

In preparation for the expansion of limited face to face this coming March 2022, the school is
preparing its school readiness in terms of complying the requirements set by the IATF and DOH.

In line with this, we would like to request from your benevolent heart any support whether
monetary or in kind which will be utilized to repair/improve the school facilities (Classrooms,
comfort Rooms, Stage, School Canteen, School Fences and Handwashing Facilities) and school
repainting.

The school is also asking the support for the health kit and hygiene materials that will suffice to
the needed number of learners of ______________________________.
