1) South Indian Food
South Indian Food is high in fiber. Fiber is important for diges on. It can also
reduce the risk of heart disease and certain types of cancer.

2) Chapa and Sabji


Chapa and Sabji contain with iron, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals
for kids. It helps to boost energy.

3) Sandwich / Fruits
The bread is used to adsorb liquid. It provide a variety of proteins and
nutrients It increases immune system.

4) Paratha and salad


It is the best combina on of carbohydrates and fiber. It is delicious and
comfor ng meal for kids.

5) Poha/Upma /Shira
Poha is a great meal with high iron. Upma and shira are good to digest and
it is most likely food. It maintain immune system healthy and enhance their
func oning.

6) Beans
Beans contain amino acids to make new ssues such as bone, muscle, hair ,
skin and blood.
