Parking Space Rental Agreement

This Parking Space Rental Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into the date of signing by and between
the “Renter” and the “Tenant”.

1. Parking Space Description: The Renter rents to the Tenant a parking space located at Block 3 Palm St.,
Lanang Executive Homes, Lanang, Davao City.

2. Term: This Agreement shall commence on the day of signing and continue for a period of six (6) months.
The Agreement will be renewed automatically every six (6) months unless otherwise terminated by either
party.

3. Rent: The Tenant agrees to pay the Renter the following monthly rent for the parking space:
- For large cars: PHP 2,000
- For small cars: PHP 1,500

4. Payment: The Tenant shall make the payment to the Renter monthly, on the day when the 1st payment
was made.

5. Liability: The Renter will not be held liable for any damage, theft, or loss of the Tenant's vehicle,
including but not limited to parts of the vehicle, while it is parked in the rented parking space.

6. Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice.
