BAKGROUND OF THE ACTIVITY
Activity Title BRIGADA ESKWELA

Participants General parents, GPTA Officers, Teachers’ Association,
LGU’s, Religious groups, Business establishment Barangay
Officials, Skilled workers 4P’s Beneficiaries,
Description A call to action for “Bayanihan sa Paaralan” amid COVID-
19 situation is a battle cry set by the Department of
Education for this year’s Brigada Eskwela 2021. Brigada
Eskwela will deviate from the usual activities in the previous
years, instead it will prioritize preparations and strengthening
partnership engagement to ensure that quality education will
continue despite the challenges posed by the pandemic.
Objectives  To ensure the delivery of basic education
notwithstanding the COVID-19 Pandemic;
 To prepare the school personnel, parents, and
stakeholders in the school of the opening of classes;
 To prepare the school facilities and surroundings for
the opening of classes;
 To re-orient parents and stakeholders on the
preparation of the First Day of Classes and the new
normal in education.
HIGHLIGHT OF THE ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Impact/Result The celebration became meaningful and successful as to
everyone helped to provide good quality education for the
learners.

Recommendation As an in-charge of the activity celebration, I would like to
suggest and encourage all the stakeholders to participate and
involve in all Brigada Eskwela activities.
