Looking at the video that is being shown The Judicial branch of the government is
being described as the power to interpret and apply the laws and has many functions
and structures but in terms of governance The judiciary checks the law and decides
on the validity, legality and constitutionality of newly approved laws because if any of
this newly approved law consider unconstitutional then there might be a chance that
these laws will be replaced. The judicial branch plays an important role in terms of
maintaining peace and order in one’s country because it serves justice and it applies
the law. And it is properly organized based on the structures that comprise regular
courts that are tasked to administer justice.
