Ingredients: Grams:
Tools needed:
Muffin pan Mixing bowl
Ice cream scooper Knife
Muffin liner Weighing scale
Rubber spatula Grater
Sifter
Procedure:
Roast the nuts and chop
Mix the egg in a bowl using rubber spatula
Gradually add the sugar,followed by salt
Add the grated carrots slowly and add the molasses.Set aside
In a separate bowl combine the all purpose flour,milk powder,baking
powder,baking soda,nutmeg and cinnamon,gradually add in a liquid
ingredients
Add the raisin and nuts.
Pour the oil,mix until the batter mixture absorb the oil
Scoop the batter mixture using ice cream scooper and pour in a muffin pan
with muffin liner.
Sprinkle a raisin or nuts in a top of batter mixture
Pre-heat the oven
Bake for 20-25 minutes
Let it cool and store in a dry storage.
