Terms and Condition
● Food will be served using disposable trays. This is a one trip delivery service. No crockery,
cutlery, plates, serviettes, tong, ladle and waiter are provided (unless specified)
● Food shall be packed and served in disposable box. Disposable fork & spoon are provided.
● Sun Jaya will not be held responsible if food turned stale 4 hours from arrival time.
● Order confirmation notice : 5 working days in advance (or 1 day depending on availability)
● Payment terms : 40% deposit upon confirmation ; balance payable on event day.
● Order acceptance is based on first come first serve basis ie. upon deposit is received.
Validity of quotation : 3 months from quotation sent date. Price may change without prior notice
whilst deposit has not been received.
● Sun Jaya reserves the right to alter or amend the terms & conditions without prior notice.
● Cheque can be made payable to Sun Jaya Pastries and Dessert and bank into
Public Bank Account 32-0709-6236
