MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE
Weekly….

• Oil System – Drain Condensate From Reclaimer.

• Oil System - Check oil level. Top up if necessary.

• Separator Element - Check element. Renew if pressure


differential exceeds 0.7 bar g .

• AftercooIer/Oil cooler - Check condition of pre-filters


and clean as necessary.
Normally Undertaken by the End User
MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE
Minor Service - Every 2000 hours or 6 months

Oil System - Check oil level/top up.


(Change Oil.. If Oil Temperature Exceeds 90 °C +)
• Air Filter - Renew Air Filter.
• Electrical Wiring - Check connections and condition.
• Controller - Check connections and plugs.
• AftercooIer and Oil Cooler - Clean externally.
• Oil Filter - Renew Oil Filter.
• Control System – Check for correct operation and control
• Blow Down System – Check for correct operation
MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE
•Interim Service – Every 4000 hours or 1 year

• Carry out Minor Service.

Plus….

• Oil System - Change oil.

• Separator Filter(s) - Renew Element(s).

• Drive – Check belt tension / adjustment and condition of belts.


(Fit new belts and re – adjust if necessary)
MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE
• Major Service – Every 8000 hours or 2 years

• Carry out Minor and Interim Service.

• Minimum Pressure Valve - Overhaul the MPV…

• Suction Regulator - Overhaul the Suction Regulator...
