 MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE
Weekly Normally Undertaken By The End-User

•Pressure Vessel – Drain Condensate

•Oil System - Check oil level. Top up if necessary.

•Reclaimer Element - Check element. Renew if

pressure differential exceeds.

•Aftercooler/Oil cooler/Control Panel - Check condition

of pre-filters and clean as necessary.
 MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE
Minor Service - Every 2000 hours or 6 months

•Oil System - Check oil level/top up.

•Blowdown System - Check operation.
•Electrical Wiring - Check connections and condition.
•Control Panel - Check connections.
•Aftercooler/Oil Cooler - Clean externally.
•Oil Filter & Air Filter - Renew Oil Filter & Air Filter.
•Electrical Cabinet Filters - Renew filter mats.Check
and clean heatsink ducting if necessary.
 MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE
Interim Service – Every 4000 hours or 1 year

•Service - Carry out Minor Service.

•Oil System - Change oil.

•Separator Filters - Renew Separator Element/s

•Air Filter - Renew Air Filter (L120SR)

 MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE
Major Service – Every 8000 hours or 2 years

• Service - Carry out Interim Service.

• Minimum Pressure Valve - Overhaul

• Motor Drive - Check condition of flexible coupling

inserts. Fit new inserts if necessary.
• Air Pipe Couplings - Renew ‘O’ Rings.

• Blow-Down Valve - Renew.

• Scavenge Tube - Renew.
