Terms and Conditions:

Either party shall not disclose any information regarding this proposal unless disclosure
of such information is in the proper course of discharging under this agreement or under
any previous agreement signed between the parties or is required by law.
This proposal is valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
The Second Party shall issue an LPO before the commencement of the agreed services.
