PREFACE

The learning process of classroom is incomplete without any practical field experience. It
is because of the reason that our institute like any other has provision for practical training.
Practical training is vital, Accordingly I had my training at WictroniX infotech.pvt.Ltd.

This 4-5-week training gave us an insight into the working of an organisation and learn
how some of the important concepts that we have been studying as a student of
management are applicable in the field. This project is sincere attempt to focus on the
subject in a lucid manner. I sincerely attempted to effort to carry out study in deep on
subject.

During this period, we had opportunity to observe the company’s performance, place in the
industry, its products pricing, advertisement, promotions and its good will through our
market survey. It is hoped that this study will provide valuable information in various issues

WictroniX is an end-to-end services based startup boasting a presence in three key Indian cities:
Vadodara, Surat, and Chandigarh. Officially launched on November 11, 2022, this private limited
company has been making steady strides in its industry.

The entrepreneurial spirit of the company is embodied in its founders, Mihir Gandhi and Sunil
Kumar Poonia, who've been instrumental in shaping the company's trajectory. Steering the
company's vision and operations is a robust leadership team comprising six CXOs and six
Department Heads.

The team's strength extends beyond the leadership, with more than 20 core team members
contributing their unique skills and experiences. Additionally, the company fosters the next
generation of industry professionals with over 70 interns working and learning in its dynamic
environment.

Integral to WictroniX's success is the strong foundation and bond within the group. This synergy not

employees. These types of training run by the trainer from WICTRONIX. Company
usually hires those trainers on a contractual basis.

programs.

Performance Appraisal
Performance appraisals can benefit employees and organizations by clarifying
goals and expectations, and creating an environment of open communication. The
best performance appraisals offer positive feedback and advice for improvement
and typically consist of a conversation between the management and the
employees. WictroniX is a performance-driven enterprise. WictroniX
performance appraisal is the single-most important tool that enables the Company
to measure the performance of an individual and plan his/ her career progression
accordingly. At WictroniX, the sole motive of the performance appraisal system
is to maximize efficiency of the Company’s objectives with the guidance to
achieve each member’s career aspirations. The performance appraisal system is
fully structured to assess the competency of all full-time employees. This
extensive process starts with the circulation of appraisal forms, approved by the
management.

Performance Management
WictroniX has a strong HR cultural. Being a local company it has its own way of
evaluation. Through different formats of evaluation they measure their employees.
performance. Participant diary and observation these two methods are applied for
evaluation. After evaluation using some matrices comes out the performance
appraisal of employees. Than it is decided whether the employee needs more
training sessions or developments . WictroniX tries to maintain a fair evaluation
process. The employees are evaluated twice a year. The employees first assess
themselves and the final evaluation is based on discussion with the supervisors. If
the employees have any objection to their evaluation they can mention it in their
evaluation sheet. Although these systems are in place, employees rarely mention it
in their evaluation sheet as they may think it would deteriorate their relationship
with the supervisor. The areas of evaluation are performance, Capability,
Responsibility and attitude. Depend on this evaluation performance employees are
getting benefited, this performance reflected in annual review of salary &
consideration for promotion.
WictroniX follows all the function, steps and process of performance appraisal and
they follow the strategy fully. They try to develop their employee performance
evaluation is being done by HR department twice a year.
