Product introduction
Universal material testing machine GHH is a newly upgraded mechanical property testing
machine based on GB, JIS, ASTM, DIN and other standard requirements and market demand
by Guangzhou Biaoji R&D team. It is suitable for stretching, peeling and heat sealing of
various metal and non-metal materials. , tear, puncture, compression, bending, shearing and
other tests, and then calculate the material's breaking strength, elastic modulus and other
parameters, and can also be used for the test verification of the piston sliding property and
body tightness of the syringe in the medical industry.
The universal material testing machine GHH has flexible and diverse interfaces and control
methods, and can do multiple tests such as stretching, peeling, and so on. The speed, thickness,
and clamping distance are multi-parameter variable settings; the measurement accuracy can
reach 0.5; the whole process is controlled by computer. Control, open data structure; the core
adopts imported components and high-precision ball screws are used for loading; the control
measurement unit can be built-in or external, with perfect limit protection, overload protection,
emergency stop and other safety protection functions.

Test principle
The sample is clamped between the two chucks of the tension machine fixture, and the two
chucks move relative to each other. The force value change during the test is collected
through the force value sensor located on the movable chuck and the built-in displacement
sensor of the machine. and displacement changes, so as to calculate the tensile (tensile)
strength, elongation at break, elastic modulus and other performance indicators of the sample.
