3. The UPEIDA has engaged Indian Institute of Toxicology Research,

Lucknow for the characterization study of surface runoff available on the both

sides of Purvanchal expressway and the report is awaited.

4. Learned Counsel for the UPEIDA seeks time to file additional reply after

receipt of the report.
