Approved Loads for all major equipment which includes Power
11 transformers, Battery chargers, Lighting Panels, HVAC equipment, GIS ,MV
Switchgear etc.
12 Manufacturer’s catalogue for LV AC power cables.
Type test reports from the cable manufacturer should be provided for

reference.

1-Contractor guarantees that all submitted documents are as per this check list, otherwise, Contractor is responsible to do all required
modifications without changing submittal’s revision number.
2-Contractor confirms that complete package of document submittal is stamped and signed by Contractor/Manufacturer.
3-Contractor should clarify and explain in the Remarks column if a particular document submittal is not applicable.
