is tilted to the left, her mouth is slack. That is my beautiful daughter! Never in my life have I seen her in this condition! Shaunel is vibrant, intelligent, and happy, but not today.
I hug her, more demanding than ever, with tears in my eyes. I looked at the officers that were in the room. They shook their heads sadly. My heart is breaking. My words were choking me as I asked her
what had happened. She didn't know. She was a shadow of herself, empty and grey. I talked to her for 10 minutes, and she went into full-blown convulsions. She fell out of her chair and was
convulsing, eyes rolling back on the floor. The officers sounded the alarm. I was on the floor next to my daughter, trying to help. I was told I would have to leave. I tried calling WCCW for more
information, but I have not received a callback. My daughter has no recollection of that visit.

became infected. The bruise on her shoulder is from medical staff that went to her unit and manipulated her arm and shoulder because her armpit hurt. I hope you never see photos of your loved one
with bruises.
Do you know what it is like to hear your daughter cry for help, and there is nothing you can do? I listen to her every night, in my dreams and throughout the day. I pray you don't get that call.
Do you know what it is like to have not seen your daughter for three months via video visits? Knowing she requires medical help? I saw on January 3rd what is happening with my daughter Shaunel. I
saw her put metal (paperclips, a key and a binder clip) to her face, leaving red marks and the sensation that the metal was still attached. The medical staff and Dr. Sanchez, who took the video, saw
the same when they called her and the other women to the clinic. (there is nothing in her file about that visit to the clinic) And had the nerve to tell her it was normal? And then sent her to get an MRI?
What the Hell!!!!!! What was that Dr. thinking? I talked to the MRI tech, that refused the MRI. She said that she and the other staff had not seen anything like it before and talked it over and decided that
putting my daughter in the MRI machine was too much of a liability. I pray you never have to go through this madness.
