Dr. YSR Aarogyasri Health Scheme and Employees Health Scheme are
prestigious programs implemented by Government of Andhra Pradesh and providing
cashless treatment to eligible beneficiaries for 57 identified Dental procedures in
Empanelled Network Hospitals in both Government & Private sector.
In this process, the Trust is giving prior approval to Dental Network Hospitals
in the form of preauthorization using the EHS online portal of Dr. YSR Aarogyasri
Health Care Trust. In the online workflow, the Dental Specialist Doctor must
scrutinize the Documents and Reports furnished by the Network Hospital and issue
preauthorization approval for treatment.

After completion of the treatment to the patient, the Network Hospital has to
raise the claims in the online module. In the Claim process, the Dental Specialist
Doctor must scrutinize the detailed Case sheets, Intra-operative photos, Webex
videos, Bills of the particular patients, etc., and recommend for claim payment.

In the reference cited, HM & FW department, Govt. of A.P. have issued

instructions that all Clinical faculty members working in the institutions under the
control of Director of Medical Education to get enrolment under EHS, Dr. YSR
Aarogyasri Health Care Trust as panel doctors for scrutinizing/processing the
preauthorizations and claims on honorarium basis as per the norms of Dr. YSR
Aarogyasri Health Care Trust.

In light of the above, you are requested to furnish the list of all Post Graduate
Clinical Dental faculty members working in the institutions under the control of the
Director of Medical Education in the following format to the Trust Office or email
ap_ehf@ysraarogyasri.ap.gov.in to work as Dental Panel Doctor at Dr. YSR
Aarogyasri Health Care Trust for clearing the pre-authorizations and Claims after
Scrutiny. For clearing of each preauthorization and Claim, the Trust will pay an
amount of Rs.20/- and Rs.30/- respectively as Honorarium charges.
