Wholewheat Bread

Ingredients
1 cup warm water
1½ teaspoons active dry yeast
1 tablespoon and 2¼ teaspoons honey
1 2/3 cups bread flour
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1 tablespoon and 2¼ teaspoons honey
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup and 3 tablespoons whole wheat flour
2 teaspoons butter, melted

Directions
Place ingredients in bread machine and make dough.
Bake at 350ºF for 30 mins.
Zucchini Bread
Ingredients
3 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon baking soda
3 eggs
2 cups white sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups grated zucchini
1 cup chopped pecans (optional)
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips (optional)
1 tablespoon orange zest

Directions
Preheat oven at 350 degrees F.
Grease 2 loaf pans.
Sift together flour, baking powder, salt, spices and baking soda.
In a large bowl, beat eggs until light and fluffy.
Add sugar, and continue beating until well blended.
Stir in oil, vanilla, zucchini, pecans, chocolate chips, and orange zest.
Stir in sifted ingredients.
Pour into prepared loaf pans.
Bake for 50 minutes, or until a skewer inserted in the middle comes out clean.
Remove loaves from pans and cool.
Chill before slicing.
Serve with whipped cream.
8 strawberries, hulled
1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 cup plain yogurt
3 tablespoons white sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
6 cubes ice, crushed

In a blender combine strawberries, milk, yogurt, sugar and vanilla. Toss in the ice. Blend until smooth and
creamy. Pour into glasses and serve.
