Dear Parent
It’s time to embark on a journey filled with joy, learning, and endless possibilities
during sparkling summer!
The concept of summer vacation has evolved into a time of exploration and fun for
our children, offering a refreshing break from the academic routine while providing
ample opportunities to acquire new skills.
From dancing to crafting, gardening to exploring various hobbies, the options are
boundless! Let us unleash their creativity and discover hidden talents during their
relaxed schedule. It is essential to make every moment count by engaging in
enriching activities that contribute towards holistic development.
A range of scholastic and creative projects have been curated to foster a sense of
curiosity and innovation. By encouraging novel approaches to learning, we aim to
broaden their horizons and in still a love for lifelong learning.
We urge the parents to guide their children in managing their time effectively,
ensuring that this break is utilized judiciously. Your involvement is crucial in
providing a nurturing environment where our children can thrive and grow. Quality
time spent with family not only strengthens bonds but also in stills valuable life
lessons and moral values in our young ones.
Let's make this summer break a memorable and enriching experience for our
students, filled with laughter, love, and endless possibilities!
Get up in the morning and enjoy the vibrant rays of the rising sun.
Morning bliss – Make a strong bond with God by offering morning prayers.
Great your elders daily in the morning.
Healthy mind dwells in healthy body – Include physical exercise and yoga in
your daily routine. Also enjoy spending time in the lap of nature by playing
in the parks.
Learn Good manners and Recreational activities –
All of you try to become independent by performing daily chores like
changing clothes and putting used clothes in a bucket/washing machine,
keeping your things and toys back at their proper place, filling the water
bottles, watering the plants.
Respect your own and other people’s property.
Practice to write ‘thank you’ notes. This practice is wonderful when
you receive gifts or presents.
Let’s inculcate Humanitarian Spirit – Donate books, stationary items, food
packets, old clothes etc. to the needy.
Switch off fans and lights when not in use.
Let’s enhance our vocabulary –
Read books and learn new words.
Read moral stories and create a vocabulary tree from them.
Spend time with your parents and grandparents.
Converse in English at home.
Read about SDG goals and think about the ways you can contribute towards
it and conserve our mother Earth
Sow a seed in a pot and observe its growth, click the pictures and write your
observation about it.
Picture Book Creation
Students are required to create a picture book on any topic, theme, or genre of their
choice. The picture book should tell a coherent and engaging story using both text
and illustrations. Students should focus on creating a solid narrative base with well-
developed characters, settings, and plots. The illustrations should be colourful and
complement the story, helping to bring it to life.

Instructions:
1. Choose a Topic/Theme/Genre: Select a subject that interests you. This could
be anything from fantasy, adventure, mystery or a personal experience.
2. Develop Your Story: Plan your story with a clear beginning, middle, and
end. Create an outline before you start writing.
3. Write the Text: Compose the text for your picture book. Ensure your
language is age-appropriate and engaging.
4. Create Illustrations: Draw or paint illustrations for each page of your story.
Make sure the pictures are colorful and help to tell the story.
5. Assemble Your Book: Combine your text and illustrations into a book
format.
Submission Guidelines:
1. The picture book should be between 10 to 20 pages.
2. Ensure your name and class are clearly written on the first page.
