briefing/co-ordination of Superintendent and making other necessary arrangements.

b. Please be informed that the examination duty is mandatory, non-transferable and unchangeable. It
leaves no choice for non-acceptance or refusal except if your close relatives are appearing in the
same center. As per rules of the Board, these close relatives include Wife, Husband, Son, Daughter,
Brother, Sister, Father, Mother.

c. Non-compliance/refusal will be intimated to the Department to initiate disciplinary action as per

rules.

d. Please confirm your

e. Please note that as per KPBCC decision in meeting No.226 dated 28/01/2022, Mobile Phones found
with candidates or invigilators in Examination Center (Except Superintendent) shall be forfeited.
Moreover, the case shall be treated as instance of smuggling of paper, if the mobile phone was
found being used for the purpose. The punishment in case of student shall be cancellation of Four
(04) Examinations and in case of invigilator forfeiture of bill and other disciplinary action under
E&D rules.

f. TA/DA bills will be processed as per Board rules.
