On behalf of the Rotaract Club of Central San Francsico, I am writing to express our sincere interest in
organizing a feeding program for the students of Agusan del Sur National High School, in partnership
with its existing Feeding Program with the schools prime Student Government Bodies, the School
Secondary Learner Government and Barkada Kontra Droga.

Understanding the importance of addressing the nutritional needs of the students to thrive both
academically and physically, we are keen to collaborate with your esteemed institution to execute this
initiative on March 6, 2024 Wednesday to provide wholesome meals to the students.

Our proposed feeding program will be planned to align with the guidelines and protocols established by
the school administration and relevant authorities. We are committed to ensuring that the meals
provided can cater to the dietary requirements and preferences of the students.

The partnership between Rotaract Club of Central San Francsico, SSLG, and BKD underscores our
collective dedication to serving the community and uplifting the lives of its members, particularly the
youth. With this partnership, we have agreed to make this an annual activity through a Memorandum of
Agreement. Together, we aspire to create a positive impact that extends beyond the confines of the
classroom, nurturing a generation of healthy, empowered individuals.

We kindly seek your approval and support for this collaborative endeavor. We are fully prepared to work
closely with the school staff to coordinate the logistics and ensure the seamless implementation of the
feeding program.

We would appreciate a meeting to occur this March 4, 2024 Monday, with the presidents and
coordinators of the mentioned clubs.
