Subject : Resignation letter

It is with deep regret that I submit my immediate resignation from my

designation as Sanitary Inspector serviced for last six months from (16.08.2023 –
27.01.2024) at Kovai Medical Centre and Hospital, effective
immediately.Unfortunately, due to unforeseen family problems, I am unable to
continue working at KMCH also I am unable to go for jobs with the present
situation.

I apologize for the any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for the
opportunity to work at this reputated Hospital and for the valuable experience I
have gained during my tenure at KMCH.
