We hope and pray that all our parents and children are safe & healthy and they have adjusted well in the
Ryan family. We wish to intimate that we bridge the learning gaps through Ryan E-learning programme
i.e., School OS platform and it is specially designed and customised by Ryan Group of Institutions to make
it safe and secure.

1. Though we have begun our offline classes but we need all our students and parents to be familiar
with the platform so that in case of any emergency there can be smooth transition from offline to
online.
2. The steps to login to RYAN SCHOOL OS is given below: -
STUDENTS USING LAPTOP/DESKTOP
Step 1: Open Google Chrome if you’re using a laptop or desktop (Desktop users need to have
earphone/head phone attached to it).
Note: Google Chrome is the most suitable browser for School OS.
Step 2: Enter the URL ryan.practically.com/ in the address bar.
Step 3: Click on student login to enter into the School OS.
Step 4: Enter your enrollment number in the login screen that appears asking for Enrollment
Number. Click on “Login”.
Step 5: You will receive a 6-digit OTP on your registered mobile number. Enter that OTP on the
screen mentioning “Please enter OTP”.
Step 6: Set your password in the space that appears and confirm the same. Click on “Save and
Login”.
Step 7: Once you have logged in successfully, you will land on “My Classroom” displaying your
class timetable with subject & time in SKY BLUE (This will turn DARK BLUE just 5 minutes before
the class becomes LIVE).
Step 8: Click on JOIN NOW button and join the class.

STUDENTS USING APP ON ANDROID OR IOS DEVICE

Step 1: Download the app from the App Store / Play Store. Type “School OS” on App Store /

Step 2: After the app is downloaded, open it.

Step 3: Enter the school URL ryan.practically.com and follow Step 3 to Step 7 as mentioned above.

3. The child would also have free access to the library that contains learning resources like videos &
stories related to their subjects.
4. Regular time table will be followed but with different timings. The periods will be of 30 min
duration with 10 minutes screen time break after every period.
Attention please:
If you are an existing user of Ryan School OS, then
 Please update the software, browser and app to the latest version for a smooth flow.

Laptop / Pc:
- Update the latest Software from Settings 》Update and Security 》 Windows update.
- Update the Chrome browser if it is not updated.

Mobile:
- Update the Toppr School OS app from Playstore.
- Update the mobile software from Phone Settings 》Software Update.

Note: If everything is updated properly then there won't be any issue, it'll run smoothly just
ensure that it is connected to a proper network.

5. We hope you and your child have already started using the platform i.e.,
https://ryandbeta.myclassboard.com/ and viewing the assignments, announcements and other
latest updates. It is mandatory for each and every child to stay connected with their teachers
through this portal. The below given steps are to be followed to login school portal, in case it is still
not done.
Download the app from the App Store / Play Store. Type “Ryan Parent Portal” on App Store /

a. Kindly login to your myclassboard id using the 11 digit enrollment code as your user name.
The same is to be used as password for the first time (Myclassboard ID will be sent through
SMS at the earliest).
b. After login for the first time you can change the password by choosing the Change Password
option.
c. The Username of your ward remains same till class XII.
d. Please note that the sibling could be added in the app using ADD SIBLING icon which is
available at the top of the application so that you can navigate from one id to another without
typing username and password again and again.
e. For any query contact the class teacher.
6. We want children to continue their learning and the school is doing all efforts to deliver quality
lessons to our children.
