About our Client

 Our client is a Fintech company based in Singapore.

Responsibilities

 Our client is seeking for a Project Manager who will be the vital link between our client project
delivery capacity and their business objectives
 Clearly articulates and documents business requirements
 Engages with knowledge workers to incorporate usability and user interface needs when designing
systems
 Provide end-to-end project management and monitor progress
 Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met
 Participate and contribute in project activities such as Requirement Gathering, User Acceptance
Testing, Implementation
 Assesses the risks of various solutions and prioritizes competing business demands
 Creating a rapport with the clients and ensure project delivery is accurate as per requirements
 Reviewing and identifying business operational areas/ gaps that need improvements and propose
appropriate action plans
 Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better
value to the customer
 Identify potential project risks and its implication to the organization and to recommend mitigating
measures so as to manage the risks
 Maintain and develop documentation for responsible area
 Ensure Service Level Agreements for projects and incidents are met
 Develop a high-performance working culture
 Establish and monitor team members KPIs to ensure high productivity and efficiency in the teams
 Able to engage our client business users in a positive manner so that project huddles can be
overcome and solutions can be implemented.

Job requirements

 Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science for technical project
manager
 More than 5 years of working experience as a project manager and proven records in delivering
sizeable project end to end, while managing an internal development team
 Self-starter with the ability to appropriately priorities and plan complex work in a rapidly changing
environment
 Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
 Excellent organization and time management skills
 Strong critical thinker with problem solving aptitude
 Strong conceptual and analytical skills - demonstrating outside-the-box problem solving skills
 Able to run projects independently while working with the development team being assigned to you.
 Working knowledge of JIRA software
 Preferred to have Chinese language for business communication needs, but not mandatory
 Preferred to have financial related domain knowledge, but not mandatory
 Preferred to have worked in a startup environment before, but not mandatory
 Domain knowledge in the trading and blockchain related fields.
 Domain knowledge in Web3 related technologies - blockchain, capital markets and financial
payments related experience would be advantageous

 English: Good
