.16 Provide reliable quality and superior performance

6.2 Party B shall deliver the equipment to Party A's site on


schedule and be responsible for on-site debugging;

6.3 Party B shall be responsible for the free


installation of the equipment, and the cutting and
debugging according to the national standards.

year. If the equipment fails, it shall arrive at
Party A's site for maintenance within 24 hours
after receiving party A's notice. After the
