leaflet issued by Bank or the pages of passbook showing the Name of the
Account Holder, Bank Name, Bank Branch and IFS code required as a pre-
requisite mandate for registration on ESI portal.
Bank statement for the past three months - [Please ensure that all other
transaction data (whether debit or credit entries) are hidden except for salary
transfer details from your prior job, so that only salary credits from previous
employment are displayed.
Please keep in mind that if you give any other document other the other
mentioned, or if you supply a bank statement without disguising any
transaction data, the Company will not be held liable.

Employment Terms and Conditions:
Probation Period:
Your performance will be reviewed to consider salary revision after 12 months from the date of
joining.
No-show:
Failure to report at the specified office (Online Onboarding) on the day [15th February 2024] shall
be deemed as a "No-Show". In such an event, the offer stands canceled.
Appraisal:
Your appraisal on your salary and promotions will be evaluated and provided on a quarterly basis
depending on your performance and good productivity.
Place of Work:
Your initial place of work will be at Gigleaz Private Limited in Hyderabad. However, you should be
aware that the Company and/or its affiliates have offices throughout the world and because of the
nature of your duties, the Company has the right to transfer you from one place to another or from
one section to another or from one unit to any other unit of the Company, its parent company or to
any of its sister concerns, which are either existing or may be set up in future. The decision of the
Company in this regard shall be final and binding on you.
