MONEY?

 For example : $50/hr. - $10 - $10 = $30

HEALTHCARE
 Bill Rate is what we get from the Client. $50/hr. CLIENT
PFIZER
STAFFING COMPANY
ABC
PROFESSIONAL
NURSE

 Pay Rate is what we give to the healthcare professional. $30/hr.

 Margin [$10 in this case] is the difference of Bill Rate and Pay Rate and Tax[$10].
 Higher the margin, Higher the incentive will be, that is why we negotiate the rate with the medical professional.
 Suppose client gives a requirement to Staffing company on $50/hr. and Staffing company pays the nurse $30/hr.
while deducting $10 as tax and keeping $10 as Margin.
In this scenario the Staffing Company kept $10/h
Lets do some mathematics now:
$10*8*5 = $400 in a week
$400*4 = $1600 in a month
$1600*12 = $19200 in a year, in Rupees it becomes around 13 Lakh.
 The company earned 13 Lakh from one candidate only, now you can imagine how much you can earn while
working in these companies.
 We get the requirement from clients , they pass the requirement to us and we provide them the best candidate
who can be Beneficial for their organization.
