How is your team organized (e.g., did you assign roles, divide up the work, set deadlines)? How will your
team complete assignments each week on time?

We set our team with one person in charge of meeting reminders, this role will be differently
assigned each week. Other roles will be the thinker, the reviewer, and the leader. That’s how
we decide to divide up our work. Each week we will complete assignments on time with our
commitment to studying the lessons in our assigned deadlines.

Communication
How and when will your team communicate?

We Will have meetings on Tuesdays at 8:30 PM, and Thursdays before the gathering at 7:00 PM
via WhatsApp call.

Collaboration
How will you help your teammates when they don’t understand the work?

We will help our teammates by explaining the difficult parts and giving them time to learn
together.

Expectations
What are your team expectations? What will you do if a team member isn’t contributing?
We expect we hopefully end our assignments on time and with the most participation of all
team members, also We expect we could make decisions together. We will help and be
adaptable to other companions who aren’t contributing by knowing them and their situation.
